TIPQC’s App (“App”) will interact with the device you use to access our App to provide certain features including adding events to the device calendar and viewing videos.

You may contact us through our App. If you contact us, we may keep a record of the communication. You can decide how much information you want to share with us in those cases.

When you choose to view documents using our App, to make the files viewable for you we temporarily store copies on your device in app-private storage. The temporary copies are deleted when you close your session on our App.

While you use our App, if you choose to call a phone number displayed within the App, we will ask for permission to access your device’s phone to place a call to the phone number. We do not store your call history or data about the call.

While you use our App, we collect non-identifying information as needed to provide customer service to you and understand how people use our App so we can improve our App and activities, collaborations, projects, and work. This information includes the time you began using the App, any error messages or codes, and the model of device used and its operating system. If you use Android devices, we also collect your connection type (cellular or Wi-Fi) during an error.

We may update this policy at any time, and future updates are effective as soon as they are published. Your use of the App is also subject to all applicable laws governing your use.

TIPQC respects your privacy and takes privacy very seriously. Questions may be asked when you use our App to help us improve the services we offer. TIPQC uses the information you provide to operate the App and to provide services to you. In addition, TIPQC may also use certain personal information, including your email address, phone number, and text messaging service, to provide TIPQC-related communications to you as well as to provide certain information and surveys, including event notification, and satisfaction surveys relating to your use of services provided by TIPQC. We provide our App for free, but your phone or internet carrier’s normal rates and fees, such as text messaging and data charges, will still apply.

How is the data collected?

You provide TIPQC with most of the data we collect.  We collect data and process personal data and information when:

• You register online to participate in any of our activities, or
• Use our website or application when cookies are set on your device.

How will we use your data?

TIPQC collects your data so that we can:

• Process your registration for an event,
• Send you email with special offers on TIPQC activities, and
• Use images via your camera or gallery for you to scan QR codes
